Will be missing it ^^

Only about 6 days left till next thursday. It will be my last day of work on thursday. I know i will be missing the job and the people around the clinic. Nevertheless, some of the patients. =) I gained so much knowledge on dental work. Even the doctors themselves would spend time talking to me about their experience other than just work work and work. Not just experience thou, sometimes even random stuff.. haha =p Now i feel like giving up my summer placement in the hospital and continue working here.

Just a couple of days ago, Dr Lawrence brought me for this 'pan mee' which is quite nice. He told me that he will go for the pan mee there at least once a week. This shows how much is he in love with it.

A special thanks to Dr Ong, Dr Lawrence, Dr Maz, Dr Raymond, Liza, Suba, Ida and Aishah. =D

Getting excited

The time today passes really fast. As usual, get to work at 9.30am. A little busy than usual. The next thing i know it's lunch time. After lunch, get back to work again. Just a glimpse on the clock and it's 5pm. One more hour and i'll be in the car going home. Boring har?? The same thing going on and on every single day. Hmm.. There is a special case today thou. A 16 year old patient still having his milk teeth. Only one not all. And he's having a tumor consisting of water under one of his tooth. Undergoing a surgery may be one of the options of getting rid of the tumor. =s *scary scary*

Yippee!! Can't wait for this friday. I'm finally going for a trip with my friends to Taiwan.

Taipei, here i come again!!!!!! =)

Mummy's Bday

1. Went out with my primary school friends
2. Eat, shop and taking pictures around Pavilion
3. Went to celebrate my mum's bday in a German Restaurant (Eating out Germany for a day)^^

Woohoo.... finally i get to watch it.. Thanks to Qian and Mei ying cause they both haven watched it... They din even watched the first movie =.= Luckily they still get to follow up with the movie. Didn't get lost halfway. It was nice, even better than the first one i suppose. More hilarous scenes^^

Tired tired tired... Tomorrow's my first night shift.. I purposely chose friday for a night shift so i wouldnt have to assist the Big Boss. Kinda scary working with him. *Pressurized* Get to work with Dr Raymond instead =)

Bored

Went out with Ian, Thiam Hock and LC today... Transformer!!!!! Why didn't i get to watch you tonight??? I've been longing for this movie for monthssss.. Just when i'm a step away from you, you tell me that it's full. FULL HOUSE =( So ended up watching the lamest movie on earth Super boring and what was the whole movie about?? Killing demons =.=''' After the movie, we went to Pappa Rich to have a drink. Sat there till they close shop which was like 1.30am. Should have chosen a 24 hours place. Then we can chat for the whole night^^ It was funny listening to them 'cui sui'. Especially Thiam hock with his so called 'funny jokes'.. haha =p *hope he doesn't read this*

An Unforgettable Moment/ A Remarkable Experience??? Which of the title name should i choose?? =.=

Another tired day becoz of working. Today something really embarrassing happened. I was helping out the doctor doing scaling for a 18th year old patient. There's an equipment known as the air flow which is being used in the scaling procedure. This air flow would produce some powder like fumes which is actually salttt... So, to prevent the patieint from inhaling the powder, we had to use the vacumm suction. As it was my first time using it, i didn't know it could be so strong. I placed the suction too near to the patient and eventually it got stucked to his face. I was practically blanked and got so freaked out at that moment. Keep saying sorry to him. Luckily he wasn't angry and the doctor said it was okay, just ask me to be careful next time. I would never want to repeat the same mistake againnnn =s

Oh my... Tomorrow's 19th of June.. which means results are going to be out tomorrow. NERVOUSSSS Lup Dup Lup Duppp.....Trying to figure out how my result will be like... Good??? bad??? I don't know.... We shall see it tomorrow. =)

The Taste of Work

Today was my 1st day of work as a dental assistant. Quite fun. Get to learn new stuffs; all the instruments and assisting the dentists in their work... Saw how the dentist did extraction, scaling, denture, crowning, whitening and bla bla bla... couldn't really remember all of it. It was really tiring, standing whole day long, walking here and there....

Kinda tired now... Update more of the details another day ya. Maybe today was the 1st day so cant quite adapt to it yet.
