Our Sweet Escape

Wokay, i know this post may be a little too late. Hmmm, but still decided to squeeze it here. It was our first trip together. To the singa-land. A trip before i left for UK. 6 days 5 nights. Gosh, imagine how long did i spend persuading my parents to let me go on this trip. Once they agreed, maximum length of stay of course. Reason behind this? Cause we only get to meet once in 6 months. Dumb dumb LDR =.= Never knew Spore can be this fun. I always knew these places exist but haven't had the chance to visit. Although i do enter Spore almost twice or thrice a year. Put the blame on Orchard Road. Yea, i'm a shopping addict. But one who knows how to control =)

Day 1

Had Pasta De Gohan for lunch in Novena Square. Checked-in to our hotel and met up with Jack which recommended us a few places around. Chinatown and Little India next. Had my favourite oyster omelette and some Chinese food. That's what you'll expect from Chinatown. No pictures for the day cause you know why? The pictures are still in his camera. Perhaps i'll only get those pics when i'm 50. *Speechless*

Day 2


Brunch at my beloved 'Din Tai Fung'

place. Great place to chill around on a Saturday
night.

Steak for dinner. Tender yet juicy. Can hear my stomach growling now. =(

Singapore Merlion


Supper in Newton Circle with oyster omelette and grill stingray


I know this may sound like a fattening
trip. It's true actually. But supper was
all because he's craving for hokkien
mee which turned out to be so so only.

Day 4 (Sentosa)

Universal Studio Singapore. Still can't beat the one
in US and Japan. It's just too small.

But i still love it. Somehow, all drinks taste

Song of the Sea. Nice lighting, nice effects and
nice fireworks. I wished we could catch fireworks
not just from a show. You know what i mean.


Dinner at Hard Rock Cafe. Another round to get
tipsy.

Day 5

Desserts for lunch after movie again. Eclipse. Main attraction of this movie? The werewolf ^.^

Dinner in Vivo City

Going up to SkyPark, Marina Bay Sands.

57 floors high up.

Spectacular view from the deck. Did i mentioned that I was practically standing in

the middle of the deck most of the time? Can feel my legs shaking whenever i get

near the sides. Looking down the glass and saw tiny ant cars moving under me.

Oh me god. You wouldn't believe this. But it's true.

I saw Jay Chou up here. Surrounded by his bodyguards.

And he was so close to me. Weeee!!!!!


Clarke Quay. I was so tempted to hop on the bungy

jump. Haizzz. Daddy knows I love all these and

made me promise not to go for it =s

Day 6

Our last brunch together in Watami before we separate again =(

HAPPY 27 MONTHS ANNIVERSARY DEAR!!!! Miss every second spent with you in Spore and i hope there will be more. Thanks so much for flying all the way back for me despite your exam being just around the corner and i know you have tonnes to study. Thank you so much for the effort that you put into this relationship. Glad that you had your flight booked to be here with me again in 4 months time ^^
